Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
All orders ship from Texas Monday- Friday. Orders placed before 2 pm CST will be shipped the same day barring any unforeseen delays (weather delays, order verfication etc)
We ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail for Free Ground Shipping Orders. We ship via UPS Next Day mail for Expedited orders.
International Shipping
We ship to Canada via DHL. At this time we are not shipping to any additional countries. Any Duties and VAT is in the responsibility of the recipient and we do not allow for returns, exchanges or expedited orders for International orders.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return the individual bundles AND entire bundle must be in its original binding.
Upon receipt of any return we will review and inspect to assure the hair is in its original condition and acceptable for return. Rejected items will be sent back to you via First Class Mail. All refunds are processed the following week after the return review.

- Select the Order which needs to be return
- Click View Order
- Select Request Return and complete the information
Returns on Installed Hair
Installed hair cannot be returned.
